Road transport is one of the most popular mode of freight transport for trade within Canada and with US as well. US is Canada’s topmost trading partner. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to credit trucking sector for playing a key role in fortifying domestic and international trade.
According to a survey conducted recently, more than 50%of the Canadians termed Trucking as the most important mode for delivering goods across the country. Interestingly, the rail was rated at 19%, air at 18% and marine at 13%.
They are not just elemental in delivering goods to businesses and to the families in the country but also in getting Canadian goods transported to various markets across the world.
