Highway 3 reopened, in both directions. Mudslide between Sunshine Valley and Allison Pass Summit for 36.9 km (17 to 54 km east of Hope). Expect Major delays due to congestion. Open for essential travel only, defined in the Travel Restrictions Order through the Emergency Program Act. One lane each direction with areas of single lane alternating traffic. Watch for crews. Flood waters in the Abbotsford area continue to recede allowing the eastbound lanes on Highway 1 between Highway 11 east to Cole Road to be open for emergency access to agricultural operations in the area.
