We are writing to advise you that third-party entities will no longer be able to:

• apply for funding under Natural Resources Canada’s Green Freight Program (GFP); or
• communicate with GFP officers on behalf of companies (the ultimate recipients) related to GFP applications.

This decision was made after careful consideration to ensure confidentiality, transparency, and to avoid potential conflicts of interest.

As such, all communication with the GFP, related to new or on-going applications, must now be conducted by a member of the applicant entity.

Note that general questions pertaining to the eligibility of specific technologies/devices or about the program and application process will still be permitted by all parties.
