New Award Set to Recognize Excellence in Canada’s Trucking Industry
MISSISSAUGA, February 20, 2025 –The Trucking Network and TruckRight are excited to announce the inaugural “Recruiting Professional of the Year 2025” award, celebrating outstanding achievement in driver recruitment and retention in Canada’s trucking industry. The award will be presented at the upcoming Workforce Solutions: Recruiting & Retention Lunch N Learn on February 26, 2025 at the Sandman Signature Mississauga Hotel.
Sponsored by TruckRight, this new accolade aims to recognize recruiters who have demonstrated exceptional skills in attracting and retaining top talent in the trucking sector. This year’s finalists are:

The winner will be announced at the Workforce Solutions event, showcasing their achievements to industry peers and setting the standard for recruitment excellence in Canadian trucking. The one-day symposium will also feature expert-led discussions and panels to support HR professionals in the transportation industry.
