On May 2, 2022, the Kriska Transportation Group welcomed Richard Haan as our Director of Operations.
In this newly created position, Richard will work with the KTG truckload carriers to optimize operations to meet the ever-changing needs of the transportation market and customer expectations. As part of the KTG executive team, he reports to Chief Operating Officer David Tumber.
“I’m thrilled to have him on team KTG.” expressed Tumber, “His transportation experience, specifically in truckload operations, will help us manage our process improvement opportunities. Each day we endeavour to achieve best in class operating results, and we fully expect Richard to help make meaningful progress in this journey.”
Richard brings extensive experience and knowledge of truckload operations and warehouse management. He has served as Director of Operations and Schneider Canada, General Manager of Keypoint Carriers and Regional Operations Manager at Manitoulin Transport. Richard spent nearly a decade managing high-volume warehouse operations for national retail brands.
“Over the last several years, I have watched KTG grow and am excited to join the group.” said Richard, “I’m looking forward to supporting our carriers in their efforts to improve their level of service and capacity to our customers and offer rewarding careers to their associates.”
