ਅਸਲ ਓਨਰ-ਆਪਰੇਟਰਜ਼ ਦੀ ਜਿੰ਼ਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖਾਲਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਡਬਲਿਊਐਸਆਈਬੀ ਨੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਕੁਏਸਚਨੇਅਰ ਓਨਰ-ਆਪਰੇਟਰਜ਼ ਦੀ ਜਿ਼ੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖਾਲਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਡਬਲਿਊਐਸਆਈਬੀ ਨੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਰਕਰ/ ਇੰਡੀਪੈਂਡੈਂਟ ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਕੁਏਸਚਨੇਅਰ ਤੇ ਡਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਲੈਟਰ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਓਟੀਏ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਆਫ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਐਂਡ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਅਫੇਅਰਜ਼ ਜੌਨਾਥਨ ਬਲੈਖ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਸਲ ਓਨਰ-ਆਪਰੇਟਰਜ਼ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਬੋਝ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਓਟੀਏ ਦੇ ਪਰੀਪੇਖ ਤੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੰਪਲੌਈ ਡਰਾਈਵਰਜ਼, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਇਕਿਉਪਮੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਰੇਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅਸਲ ਓਨਰ-ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ, ਦੀ ਗਲਤ ਵਰਗ ਵੰਡ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਅਸਲ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਆਪਰੇਟਰਜ਼ (ਓਨਰ-ਆਪਰੇਟਰ) ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਦਰਖ਼ਾਸਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ ਇੱਕ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਕੁਏਸਚਨੇਅਰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਤੈਅ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਸ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਾਂਟਰੈਕਟਸ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ (ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲਜ਼) ਨਾਲ ਵਰਤਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਆਇਡੈਂਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ (ਵਿੰਨ) ਵੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਵਰਕਰ ਦਾ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਵਿੰਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਿਰ ਉਹ ਗੱਡੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਲਫਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਓਨਰ-ਆਪਰੇਟਰਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਜੈਨੇਰਿਕ ਲੈਟਰ ਉਸ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਰਜ ਵਿੰਨ ਉਸ ਵ੍ਹੀਕਲ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਲ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਂਟਰੈਕਟਸ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਕਿਸ ਚੀਜ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ? 1· ਇਸ ਕੁਏਸਚਨੇਅਰ, ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਸਤਖ਼ਤ ਹੋਣ, ਦਾ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਵਰਜ਼ਨ (ਓਨਰ-ਆਪਰੇਟਰ/ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖੁਦ) ਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਕਾਂਟਰੈਕਟ ਹੈ। 2· ਲਾਇਸੰਸ ਪਲੇਟ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਤੇ ਪਰਮਿਟ ਦਾ ਵ੍ਹੀਕਲ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ (ਓਂਨਰਸਿ਼ਪ) 3· ਜੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵ੍ਹੀਕਲ ਦੀ ਲੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਰੈਂਟਲ ਅਗਰੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਇਸ ਕੁਏਸਚਨੇਅਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਜੇ ਇਹ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਯੋਗ ਵਿੰਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਇੱਕ ਡਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਲੈਟਰ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਵ੍ਹੀਕਲ/ ਵਿੰਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਨਵਾਂ ਕੁਏਸਚਨਏਅਰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਨਵੇਂ ਕੁਏਸਚਨੇਅਰ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ wsib.ca ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਓ।
