The Base Rate Index, which excludes the impact of Accessorial Charges assessed by carriers, decreased by 0.04% in November.

“Total Freight & Base Costs increased in November. The overall increase would have been greater but there was downward pressure on the Crossborder LTL. All other segments increased over last month,” said Doug Payne, President & COO, Nulogx.
