QSL will be the lion’s share investor of the new substance, Mondor-Watson, while Mondor’s group will run every day operations. Groupe Robert will remain investor in the new consortium where it will assume a vital part through its mastery in transportation and coordinations alongside the numerous cooperative energies with whatever remains of its system.
